A.P.C. founder and musician, Jean Touitou, held a special party in Tokyo a couple of weeks back. The show not only featured performances by The Teenagers and Koko Von Napoo, but also Jean Touitou himself. I really think its cool that Jean is getting involved in the proceedings and stepping up to play a few songs himself. From youtube, it looks like he did alot of tunes, and none of them are half bad either. Playing everything from Bob Dylan, to Hendrix, to The Ramones, to The Beatles, Jean made the performance interesting. Personally, I have a soft spot in my heart and wallet for A.P.C., and its nice to see that the owner still cares about getting involved with his customers, even if this was in tokyo.
