Germany has declined to patent a cyanide-equipped RFID chip developed in Saudi Arabia.

Basically, what this chip is is, it is implanted in a person, in order to track them and determine their geographical position. The chip however, is equipped with an incredibly dangerous poison called cyanide (what Hitler used to kill himself). The poison in the chip can be detonated and released remotely, killing whoever the person with the chip inside them is.
