Timberland "Build Your Own Shoe" Program.

While commercial footwear customization is far from a new concept with most major players having their own sort of footwear customization program, Timberland seems to be the first to enter the boat shoe market with their newly unveiled Design Your Own Shoe program. Involving both men and women styles, choices include a regular style boat shoe or a chunkier, custom handsewn version. The customization process is quite intensive including a number of different colors, with both your traditional browns and earthy tones alongside more liberal blues, pinks and purples. To cap it all off, you can monogram your boat shoes as well. The prices range from £110 GBP (approximately $163 USD) for the regular style to £140 GBP (approximately $207 USD) for the handsewn version. Unfortunately the program is only available to British residents at the moment. The site can be seen here.

Or, if you don't like those, how about the new Nike Hoop Structures?

Giving the old school Flight Lite a Blazer sole was one thing, but Nike completely flips the script with their Air Hoop Structure, fusing the classic Air Structure Triax ‘91 with a basketball platform. The kicks also feature slight qualities from the Jordan VI. A release for these bad boys is slated for November 2009 with this cool grey colorway set to be its first release.
